II. Terms and Conditions of Use of Gift Cards

1. Gift Vouchers are for the bearer and are issued in the form of an elegant voucher packed in an envelope. The voucher also has a digital version, which is in the form of a PDF sent by email for self-printing, and is personalized. Both versions give the same rights to the holder. Further, the use of the word Gift Voucher / Voucher applies to both versions of the voucher.

2. Vouchers contain the value or name of the treatment, a specific serial number, an expiry date and entitle you to use the services at the Mandala Float Studio salon in accordance with the current price list and the value of the Voucher. You can use them to pay for all services according to the offer available on the website mandalafloatstudio.com

3. Cards are valid for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase - during this period, the purchased services or amount must be used. After the expiry date of the Voucher, if it is unused in whole or in part, the value or service is lost.

4. The Voucher can be used during one or several visits depending on the purchased services or values.

6. When making a reservation, please inform the reception that the form of payment for the scheduled treatment will be a gift voucher, please provide the name and surname of the bearer.

7. If the reservation is not canceled by phone, e-mail or in person, 24 hours before the scheduled visit, the voucher will be considered redeemed.

8. The voucher must be presented at the reception before using the treatment.

9. Vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash. It is also not possible to give change in cash from Vouchers that amount to more than the value of the services used.

10. According to the wish, the recipient may pay extra to the Voucher if the value of the services they want to use is higher than the value of the Voucher.

11. Payments with a Gift Voucher cannot be combined with promotions and discounts.

12. A Voucher for selected services or service packages can be exchanged for all other services from the Mandala Float Studio offer in the same amount or more expensive after prior payment.

13. Valuable Vouchers entitle the holder to use any selected services.

14. Vouchers do not include the purchase of cosmetics.

15. In the event of loss or destruction of the Voucher, the Seller shall not be liable or compensate for the loss caused by the situation.

III. Terms and conditions for purchasing a Gift Voucher, Accepting an order

1. Vouchers are available for continuous sale and may be for any amount, but not higher than PLN 2,000, or for a specific service.

2. Vouchers can be purchased at the Mandala Float Studio salon. Purchasing a Voucher at the salon does not involve any additional fees.

3. A voucher can also be purchased by placing an order using the order form available on the mandalafloatstudio.com website, by e-mail at mandalafloatstudio@gmail.com or by phone.

4. In the case of Vouchers ordered online, by e-mail or by phone, the Customer may choose the form of payment: prepayment to our bank account (transfer), cash or card upon collection at the Mandala Float Studio salon (ul. Rzeźnicka 2/69, Gdańsk). The Seller confirms the acceptance of the order and the transfer details by e-mail to the address provided by the Buyer in the order.

5. In the case of payment by bank transfer for the Voucher, the order will be fulfilled after the payment has been credited to the Seller's account or after the transfer confirmation has been sent by e-mail (to mandalafloatstudio@gmail.com). Reservations for the Voucher can also be made only after the funds have been credited to the account or the confirmation has been sent.

6. At the Buyer's request, the Voucher can be sent to the address indicated in the order.

7. Placing an order is tantamount to accepting these regulations.

8. Information about the services on the mandalafloatstudio.com website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude an agreement.

9. Placing an order by the Customer entails the obligation to pay for the selected Voucher in the amount specified in the order.

10. Any changes to the order after payment must be agreed by e-mail to the following address: mandalafloatstudio@gmail.com.

III. Complaint conditions, reporting defects in sold goods

1. The Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights and the Civil Code regulate issues related to the non-conformity of the purchased Voucher with the contract. In the event of any complaints, please contact the Seller via e-mail
