Floatation Sessions
Floatation session is the free floating of the body on the surface of the water in a specialized floating cabin. This cabin is a soundproof and spacious room with dimensions of 2.4 m by 1.6 m and a height of 2 m. The size of the cabin allows it to easily fit two people. The water is only 30 cm deep and contains a healing Epsom salt solution for buoyancy. The temperature of the water and air inside the cabin, identical to the body temperature, creates a strong sensation of levitation. The body drifts in conditions of complete sensory isolation from external stimuli. Chronic headaches, spine and joint pains, muscle tension, hypertension, stress, fatigue, depression, malaise and other diseases disappear. After just a few minutes you feel the effect and positive effects of the Floating Session. Scientific research proves that an hour-long session regenerates your body equally every four hours of deep sleep. The effects are felt after the first floating session. Try it and see for yourself!
WHAT IS EPSOM SALT?
Epsom salt is known as the mineral compound of magnesium and MgSO4 sulfate. Thanks to the main component, which is magnesium, it improves concentration, reduces the risk of heart attacks and strokes, improves the use of oxygen in cells, reduces the risk of blood vessel diseases, has a positive effect on the immune system, helps to eliminate inflammation, joint pain and muscle spasms. , Regulates the action of over 300 enzymes, has anti-inflammatory effect on muscles, flushes out toxins from the skin. In turn, sulfates facilitate cellular absorption of nutrients, stimulate the digestive functions of the pancreas, help detoxify the body, and soothe headaches and migraines. Bathing in Epsom salt at least three times a week helps to improve the physical image, affects the well-being and provides additional energy. Research has shown that magnesium and sulfate are easily absorbed through the skin, so taking an Epsom salt bath is the perfect way to enrich your body with these two ingredients.

HISTORY OF FLOATING
Floating was established at the turn of the 1950s and 1960s in the United States. Research on sensory deprivation was initiated by an American physician, neurologist and psychoanalyst John Cunningham Lilly. He created the prototype of the cabin that was used to conduct research on the work of the brain without stimuli. Initially, the cubicle used for scientific purposes was known as a sensory deprivation tank. In the late 1970s, Dr. Peter Suedfeld and Dr. Roderick Borrie of the University of British Columbia began exploring the benefits of using this technique. They introduced the name of REST Therapy, i.e. Restricted Environmental Stimulation Therapy - Therapy for Limited Environmental Stimulation. It was one of the university researchers' wives who opened the world's first Floating Center in 1979. Subsequent scientific studies have shown that floating is an effective solution for many diseases. In the world, Floating has become a popular method of relaxation, accelerated biological regeneration, reducing pain and stimulating creativity.
